3. Pricing and Charges
Quantity-based prices shown on this website are estimates only. Final pricing, currency, quote validity, minimum quantities, setup charges, samples, decoration, packaging, freight, duties, and taxes will be stated in the written quote. No ASI discount or payment terms are implied.
4. Order Documents and Applicable Rights
Payment schedules, cancellation charges, claim procedures, and other transaction terms require written agreement. Accepted order documents govern each transaction, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These website Terms do not impose automatic arbitration, a blanket liability cap, or an unconfirmed legal forum.
